Hi, please find my first entries attached. The first concept shows a cross being formed by 4 arrow shapes coming together - in an organised fashion. The second version of this concept uses the cross but adds another dimension to it with the leaves to make it form a tree - this adds an extra concept of growth and life - linking it to the tagline.
