Hi, can we come back to this original design. Let's use same text layout, font (but a little larger) and try the font color in the University of Michigan blue? Let's keep the brain exactly like this one here.

Not quite the right shade of blue.

And I really liked CPFRC below the brain, as you had it before.

also, could you please try a version of this that would work against a dark blue background?

We really like your design, but we would like you to try a different color scheme.

We are part of the University of Michigan and we would like our logo to reflect that to some extent. At the very least, we want it look good when it is next to the Michigan Medicine logo. We can't use the words "Michigan Medicine", but we can use the maize and blue colors and a similar font.
