the buildings look like a florida resort, can change the style to more modern and less bldgs.
Can you also add "Christine Duncan & Wen Sun" beneath the Bay meadows properties line.

Can you do one without the gray rectangle around the buildings and text. Just have the plum as the background and the gray buildings.
Can you put the work properties below Bay Meadows. I like the bolded bay meadows text. Maybe spread out the "properties" text. so it's almost as wide as the bay meadows text.

Thank you for your feedback. I tested other shades of the color. Please let me know if this is still not the color you look for. (You can also post here a link to the online sample of the color you like). In #19 I also tested different style of drawing.

This one looks pretty close but the maroon color is too dark. Can you change the color to a lighter eggplant color? thx
