...in case you decide to go with version with sketchy lines extended to text part, my recommendation would be entry 131 with only horizontal text guiding lines. So, here's just the look of that specific version in monochromatic (entry 141) and this, negative space version.
For example this version would look very professional printed as back of the business card with matte finish,...red variation would be very nice as well.
Anyway, just exploring and presenting some practical applications of this design! Let me know if I can be of further assistance! Cheers!
Ok,...I've made variations with three stages of sketch-line details added to text part (entries 131, 132 and 133).
As an actual architect, that was raised on old school graphic drawing, I would suggest to keep this entry, because it has nice balance between skech-line threatment of the logo icon and clean, geomertic, nicely readable text part,...but if you decide to go with one of these variations with line details on text part, my advice would be to go with less complex version!
Let me know if I can be of further assistance! Thank you!
I agree,...this version has better contrast and visual impact in general.
Regarding your suggestion: It might be too much detail and it may interfere with readability of the name if we extend the sketch lines through entire logo, but let me try something out, just to explore this suggestion! I'll be back with modifications within next 2 - 3 hours!
...this is monochromatic version of the logo, that will eventualy come handy for some printing/embroidering applications, or web use. t is important that logo looks good in all its variations including monochrome and negative space logo.
...after sleeping on it, here are slight modifications related to colors. On this one red is just a bit lighter to increase contrast,...it's a fine tunning!
It's late night at my place, so I'm off to bed. If you have some further ideas for improvement let me know and we can continue developing this tomorrow!
I know you've stated you would like to see some kind of ghost image in the back of the logo. As a designer with more than few years of experience in printing, I feel obligated to suggest clean design without overlaping shapes, because this is printing nightmare, and it is next to inposible to successfully embroider, or even print in some cases. This is why I've decided to offer one contemporary and pro-looking design, that will work well across entire range of its applications and will be easy and cheap to print, or embroider. I've basicaly took your current logo, refreshed it and gave it strong architectural drawing feel. Design works well as negative space and monochromatic version, as you can see on entry 45!
Hope you'll like the idea, and find this little deviation from your original brief as well intended and constructive. Let me know if you have some ideas for improvement! Thank you!

As a different variation, can you add or maybe extend the line work through the whole name?
