I like the mark without the city scape part. I really like the fonts you chose for both Christensen and Development. What if you made the vertical line blue to represent a river( most of the downtowns I work in have a river through the center) and then two different colors for the opposing sides of the mark. One could represent a street, and maybe one green type construction.

Could you do a couple different color combinations in the two "c" shapes of # 144?
Navy Blue and the current green
Navy Blue and a kelly green
Red and grey

Thank you for the other options. I am still looking for a little different blue. Could you do a few different shades of blue between the dark blue in the new options and the current blue?
