I ended up going with another design. This was a very close second and it was very hard because i also liked this one a lot. But in the end of was too similar to Coldwell Banker's logo and i needed something to compliment my name/logo being next to theirs. I appreciate the time and the communication.

I like how the "C" doesn't go into the "R". How about this concept with no zia sun.

How about this one?

very much different from the "Colorado Rockies" in different fonts and forms.
sometimes people's responses make us confused :)
but it doesn't matter if it's just an expression, what needs to be changed. any suggestions?

I really like this one and have had a few people look at it. I keep getting "Colorado Rockies" when they see it. I wonder if we can play with this and make it a little more unique somehow. I really like this concept, but don't want people to go "Colorado Rockies" everytime they see me. LOL!

Could I also see another concept exactly like this, but another take on the zia sun? I worry that using the zia like this is too much like Coldwell Bankers "star" in the same spot on the logo. Maybe there's another way for us to incorporate it? I still like this the best so far.

Can I see another concept like this? I like this as well, but I don't like the "spikes" on the zia sun. Maybe more "rectangular" shaped.

I was talking about the font with the actual initials 'CR'. And I think I like the zia outside of the R. It gets too cluttered inside of the R. Thanks!

Ok, I'm really really liking this concept!!! My worry is that maybe the font is too close to Coldwell Banker's brand. I love the zia and the house incorporated into the 'R'. Would you mind taking a few more stabs with this concept and maybe different font types? This is probably my front runner right now. Thanks!

I like the initials and the house in the 'R'. I never even though about that. I don't like the state outline, but wonder if the zia symbol can still be used.
