#11: Love both concepts. Could you make SOCRATES orange and eliminate the tagline?

Great job. :)

Really enjoy them all - think #14 is my favorite.
Could you try some different typography for the word Socrates and also add the tagline: "Be as you wish to seem."

Hi...try a different typo on #15 & #16

#15 - like your treatment of the word SOCRATES. Please make the tagline only as wide as that word, all capitol letters, and a helvetica bold font face. :)

The client has the final say in this and he enjoys your entry... having the following feedback

The presence of too many wrinkles, Chocolate Socrates should not appear young. He should be Aged by wisdom, than by natural causes. The white clothing/ fabric is ok, He looks like a commoner, the common person. Not bad. but when you identify with Chocolate Socrates, you want to identify with the enlightened, the one who knows his meaning. A more refined person, deserves a more refined persona. The humility of his character can come through his voice, not brand image. So change the rugged nature of his beard/ hair. scruffy. Untamed. And try to make it more classic the second time around.

I like the Vinder Hand ITC font. Vivaldi Font Style, and Gargle Nuts Font Style.
Any Font Style that gives a great classical look, a touch of wisdom.

Also, for the skin tone - the client would like it to be more like:

The client also pointed to this as a reference for " classical look "
