I do like the idea of cape and J. I’d prefer the cape and letter to be red and the words THE and PROJECT and the ribbons to be the same red... maybe?

the red on the J is different than the THE PROJECT

Please spike the hair again and cut the long ribbon shorter so that it ends where the kite intersects.

Try this on the blue child logo.
