I like this a lot, not sure why I just noticed it. Can you please add the tagline "Developing Cures. Delivering Hope" can you turn the tree trunk into maybe the childhood cancer ribbon. Also, "The" should be smaller then the other words, Childhood Cancer and Project are the main words, I'd emphasize them all equally or just the word CHILDHOOD.

I like this but it looks too athletic and like an adult.
