Here are my proposals for your consideration (#7, #9, #10 & #11).
The idea is a smiling sun as an iconic logo that symbolize a warm and fun of the hourly care environment. As you can see, the twelve rays of the sun symbolizing twelve timing point of the clock. If we look closer at the eyes and the smiling accent of the sun, you would see two person connecting their hand. It symbolize a warm and fun of the care environment.
