# 116 and # 117, I am so sorry, While I like your design... it doesn't jump out to me at this moment.... that does not mean that I dislike it either. I feel it is a strong image. It is 2:30AM here in the USA... I'll take a look again after I get some rest. My initial reaction is that the logo graphic says " Women" what it doesn't convey is that the logo is about reaching your dreams. Thank you for your entry, I'll take a look again with fresh eyes in the morning.

# 123 and #122 I think I would like the image better with out the + at the bottom I like the idea of the graphic reaching for the star out of the circle. These are much stronger for me than # 116 and # 117
