Your graphic is very strong...LOVE IT, you are right... there is a problem... not sure what "it" is. The graphic needs to appear open like in # 21 and not constrained as in the others. # 34 is better.

# 28 Please do me a favor. - first, don't change the image/ graphic, second dump everything else. Lastly arch "Chicago Womens Conference" on the bottom (not the top) ... no other words ... I really like simplicity

View the updated profile... Can the word " The" as in The Women's Conference be added so it is not prominent?

# 83 First, thanks for working on this. I love what you did with the " The" looks good. I do like the deep red/burgundy color you selected, just that the grey doesn't make the graphic pop...not sure what color to try? I know you'll figure it out.
