No. 9: Would like to see:
Go from b/w to color, left to right instead of right to left
Remove shrubs to simplify

1. Show more of the building detail like the photo, if possible
2. Remove the ring around the house and the b/w from the house
3. Make the phrase "History Made Cool" transition from b/w to color

1. Trade places between "History Made Cool" and "Vintage Downtown Living"
2. Make "on Chestnut Hill" in gold
3. May need larger font for bottom row, made to split into two rows

Very nice new options. For No. 110, please:
1. Use Mansion on Chestnut Hill layout as used in No. 82
2. Use the Mansion font as used in No's. 113 and 116
2. Use History Made Cool and 690 Hopmeadow as used in No. 116. May have to remove the line between HMC and 690H.
