My favorite would have to be #106. It's simple yet strong. It's classic yet youthful and current. The abstract water is a nice reference to the river, but not too on the nose.
We really like this concept but we'd like to see a few variations?
1) could we see less white lines? We'll leave it to you to decide how to spread it out.
2) Could we see less lines and on the top?
3) Could we see it with the original lines and up top?
Interesting! Thank you for that. We're trying to envision this made into a 3D sign and it might be too much. It's a good idea but I think #106 feels better for us.
It's crunch time for us so we're looking over everything!
This idea came to me just now. I think the inclusion of a bridge gives it more depth. It's not as simple as #106, but I thought it was worth exploring.
Sure thing. I've just posted a few new entries playing with the ideas you've posed. As for the bike trail, I didn't want to be too literal as to include bikes in the logo, as that would crowd it and take away from the beauty of a simple/minimal icon, but I feel that with the inclusion of the lamp and the horizontal division in entry #99, the spirit of the bike trail is understated. I also tried a couple of versions with some rocky mountains.
Please let me know if you have any additional thoughts at any moment.
Okay! So we really like that you explained the idea of the sky and the reflection of the water so we'd like to play around with that idea. We have two requests.
The neighborhood that the apartment complex is in is by a bike trail along a river. If you google "cherry creek trail denver" and search images, there's a few images that can give you a good idea. Can you use those images and combine it with your concept?
For another sample we'd like to see is the concept of rocky mountains using the same idea. Designer's imagination :)
Feel free to change the color of the box if you'd like or leave in the pink-ish color.
1. Could we have the world "place" a little bigger?
2. Could we see three different font types on "cherry creek" with the word "place" bigger?
4. Could we see the pink box in two different colors while keeping the original design?
Thank you!
