I Like this style. Lets use a different outline and make it look less like a the letter Q.

replace garage image with something that does not look like a storage unit. get creative

Remove the year. Try different colors blue lake, use updated garage attachment so it does not look like storage units. Put Luxury garages inside the circle remove the ribbon.

Lets try this style with black Sepia. Also try with just the garages and eliminate the front garage with the different roof lie
