Try making the lake extend from the H in chelan to The R in luxury. Also give us a concept with the lake being blue. Look up images of the color of lake chelan. Its almost a turquise.

make the lake blue anf the mountains more realistic. remove the trees

The garage pic is perfect. The font is great. Can you overlay that on the attachment that shows the lake and mountains we sent? Black, gray, blue lake, and tans would be preferred colors
