Chefs in the HoodLogo Design Contest

Hi, thanks for taking the time to participate in this tournament. We had a hard time choosing the finalist as all entries were of high quality and after a lot of debate we went for another logo. We wish you the best of luck for your next tournament!

we are giving the finalists the opportunity to submit a new logo as we would like to see if you have any interesting idea that doesn't involve the chef hat and a house but it's still pertinent to the business. We just want to see if there are better ways to communicate the idea. Thanks!

We got good feedback for this logo, although we would prefer the two Os to be separate. Also the chef hat should be more clear, it looks too much like a chimney. We can work on it during the next phase. Thanks!

Nice work, really like the concept! While this design would work for the website, we are also looking for a version without the name that can be used as an icon on social and mobile. I have uploaded a few logos of similar companies for reference. Also, we'd prefer a simpler font for the text on the left.
