Actually I can do it, but in the blind phase I didn't do it with the concept of a gear, here another designer first made the concept of a gear in the design, so I'm sorry to avoid sanctions in the tournament logo rules, I was forced to not be able to do what you instructed .
maybe there is another way so I can do the job as you want?
