for this version, could we try three red bars for the letter E, like you have on the top already? it might somewhat mimic the 3 bars designation for a first officer...might look good? thx!

i like the boldness of this one i think better than the second of yours. Not sure if it's a good idea, but on the other the 'H' and the 'E' have that disconnected parts to them...could you try that here? thx!
