I like the general concept. Comments 1- the crosshairs and the tick makes it look like a clock ...an unnecessary message. More like crosshair aimed at the car. How may it be modify to fit the icon on a smartphone if scaled in may be too small? Finally perhaps try with your own colour scheme that's not blue
