Ideally I'd like it to be a mostly creme/beige background and brown highlights and also royal blue.

It should have a diamond somewhere or some other way to strongly convey it's a jewelry store.

As for the diamond, no problem, but emblems mostly focus on the beauty rather than on the occupation.
