what's it look like with the banner on top?

I like these softer wings. Right now we see in the interior of the wings, I wonder if it's possible to have some of a similar softness that look like their almost covering the shield instead of making it fly....protecting, not flying. Also, curious about putting a halo on top...

remove eagle head, see if the wings can look more "angelic"...a bit softer but not cartoonish. I prefer the banner across the center.
