I'm not sure what's difference between #82 and #81 except for the background. The badge grey badge is perfect. I still want to compare this to a version with the banner flaps like #61

I haven't decided if I like the banner trimmed as in #29, so can you do the same changes for 29 as I mentioned above.

Go ahead and remove the horns because I think I can't use the regiment's logo. Please replace the police badge with a shape more like the police badge in the attachment. I like the thick white path around the sheriff's star in the upper right and think that if the same thickness of path was around the symbols in the other three quadrants. Then swap the make the police badge a light gray (with white border), the ems badge solid blue (no snake/staff and matching the rest of the blue in the logo), and recolor the fire cross's gold to match the red from the rest of the logo. When I have the sign made, I'll have the interior solid potion of each emblem be foil (silver foil for police, gold foil for sheriff, red foil for fire, and blue foil for ems). I'll have the white border around each emblem be the same color in LED/Neon.

I appreciate the overlay but the solid colors look a bit too much like 2 D graphics (the gradient on the cop badge doesn't improve that). If I were making a neon sign out of this, the light tubing could possibly follow the white baths around each shape.
