I've changed my rankings, are you able to do this logo with Change Ops written in upper and lower case so that I might see how that looks.
Also, I'd like to see it on a black/navy/steely coloured background if possible.

Thanks for your contributions. I wonder if you are able to use a different font - a more contemporary, younger style font that is still sophisticated. This one appears to be a little too traditional.
