It looks like you are on the right way. Swap the star with an octagon for start and then maybe you can play a bit with the colors.

Hi,
We tend to prefer #13 among the two new submissions because the silhouette is more clearly visible.
The business name doesnt cover the fists.
What if you make some contrast on the colors that you used for entry #13?
