As regarding making XEC letters grey, I've noticed that second ranked designer is using that idea.

Are you able to see how bringing in grey into this logo would look? I like how you had the blue and grey box in your 294 design. OR Maybe we could make the words grey except for the first letters of each word (so "X" "E" and "C" are blue and the rest of the letters are grey)? We could even make the letters inside the box grey to match?
