After reading your comments I altered design to create a word mark also played with colors a little

I like the idea of the arrows within the design element for #59. Is there a way to play with those a bit to make it not look sort of like a snake or something? I know that may sound silly but that's what I first saw when I looked at the image. I think it has something to do with the way the arrowhead is a bit distorted. Also, the font isn't my top choice but I like the idea. Could you go with a more clean font?

changed font and added some color not sure how I could expand on the snake idea you mentioned without loosing professionalism in the logo
