I like your layouts in entries #111, 113, 108, 109 the best. I like the san serif font, but would like it a bit more bold, and focus on "CENTRAL" Also, I would take out the small balls in the outer circle and use either "CYS" or stars, or something else to separate. Lastly, I don't really like the panther head you are using. Could you try some others, or even the idea of using a paw?

Here are some ideas of images I quickly threw together that are of the style that might work. Hope this helps show what direction I am looking at. Also, I like the idea of using a small "CYS" as a separator in the outside wheel area (similar to entry #107).
