I sort of like the concept with the building and heart -
I am thinking heart of the city, but this building looks a little like a state capital building -
any way to make it into a small city skyline - a couple buildings with 1 thin steeple?

I changed the building to a skyline, but it may have been submitted too late into the contest. Looks much better, though.
