yes, any comments on the contest main page is general info meaning for everyone would be posted there, as long as the changes have not been done by someone else.

The omit tagline is a good example of a general update that applies to all.

Understood thanks for the comment. Was simply communicating to everyone that the tag line should not be included in the logo.

As you know the open phase of your contest is blind, we cannot see each others work. Any changes asked specific to one designer should not be asked of another, this can lead to designer disputes when the contest goes to Selection phase.

Selection Phase is when all designs are made public.
