Is there anyway you could change up the Q to be more similar to the Futura font with the tail going through the circle? Getting feedback from my team now and they wanted to see if that was possible. Thanks!

I like this logo! Could you remove the "plus sign"? Can you also confirm that fonts Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk and Lucida Sans Std Roman are used? This is my first time using logo tournament so forgive me if they have been used or you don't have access to these fonts!
