#57. They aren't waves. It's a more abstract representation of a full hand. Those 'waves' are actually fingers. The cut in the design, specifies that those objects (in this case, fingers) are in the back.

#57- Thank you for letting me know. I was not sure. Do you have another image of hands reaching towards each other that look more real? I appreciate it.

I'll rework the designs are re-submit. Shouldn't take long.
