So if you stand back and look at the logo big picture the leave below the alive sort of makes the o in bio look like a "G" in the background. big five isn't what we want to say. Wondering about a tweak to the leaf?

Cool feedback again, thank you. Yes, im with you on the brightening aspect, it seemed brighter on my pc than it is showing here, so i will upload some further options for you. As for the tagline, my opinion is the nurture etc makes more sense and appeals more to the general public, ie - me :) I will upload the colour alternatives shortly :)

Thanks for making that change so fast! I showed it to a couple of people and they dont think anyone will know what those things are(the three bacteria names). Nuture nature grow is probably better. Thoughts on brightening it a few shades? I'm open for your opinion as a designer for sure

This is clean and I like the colors and the fade. Good font choice as well. This is basically what I envisioned originally but after seeing some of the designs that include a picture of somekind to help tell the story I am becoming a fan of that approach more

I like the molecule concept and the border. I can see this little logo on some of our bags of product. I'm not convinced that Nurture Nature Grow is the best line to add but that could easily be adjusted to say what the product is or does for example.
