Interesting. It's clean and readable, which I like. But the emphasis should be on my name instead of the "sells LA" portion of the logo, since the name is the brand. There area lot of businesses out here that have the some sort of "CS" logo, so I try to avoid that.I'd prefer a logo image that had something to do with home sales - an open door, perhaps? or a key?
