I like this version of this mark better, could we see it without the arrow pointing backwards in the middle of the C? Maybe just have it be a straight line but no arrow at the end? I would like it to be a little simpler.

Hi there! I really like this design. Could we keep the exact same idea / concept you are using, but play with the shape of the CS, for example, make the 'S' a little bit less wide, so that the shape of the mark is more obviously a chat box?
