I think the S in the shadow may be perceived as a mistake, or otherwise. I know my request was specific, but I think other might miss the point.

Can you find a way to have a S shadow from a C logo? remove the Ls and start fresh with C, and incorporate the S in a shadow. I this path may lead to something interesting, smart and clever.

Yup, see the S in the shadow, but I don't like. Shy away from literal C and S. Go unique, distinctive, and abstract. impress the audience. This logo has to be SMART, while your talent is apparent, I need original, something that exudes intelligence.
This might appeal to someone who has simpler requirements. I want F'ing awesome! and while this is difficult to convey or describe, I will know it when I see it. Keep suggesting NEW concepts. It's in there somewhere. K

I see shackles. Not good. But the shadow is very delicate and lovely.

There must be other approaches to CS in a logo. My apologies for being difficult, but these efforts are very communicative, but I fail to convey a specific direction. I keep thinking I know when I see it, but putting pencil to paper is disastrous! Thanks for trying, keep it coming.

I prefer the blue/gray combination, and I like the shadow effect. nice. I like the font of the company name, as well.

I want to like this, because it's smart, simple, clean. But there's that hint of swastika I cannot dismiss. It's not a reflection of your creativity. It's just something I associate with the damned "S." Sorry. It actually looks better slightly rotated as you have it, but for that German influence!

trim the edge off the horizontal extensions of the top of the blue "C" and the lower gray "C". This might make the overall logo not so much like an S. try it.

Make C's asymmetric. See if that creates a bit of creative flare.

I prefer the logo to the left of the company name

perhaps rotate the C and backwards C so they are not on the horizon. bias toward the upper left and lower right corners.

another roadway reference, while not important per se, it does add another dimension to the logo.

best use of CS lettering yet. Nice. Color scheme needs adjusting. The colors don't grab me. Blue/gray? tone on tone taupe or grays?
