I know my request was specific, but I think other might miss the point. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #227 Withdrawn S in the shadow. Clever 9 years ago ndaru commented on #227 Withdrawn update 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #183 Withdrawn definitely moves away from the swastika look with the C, but compared to #164, #183 is not as clever. Thanks for trying this one. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #184 Withdrawn the double CC's don't work. Kind of hanging out together, side by side, but not. I prefer the single CS. thanks 9 years ago ndaru commented on #183 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago ndaru commented on #184 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #164 Withdrawn Can you find a way to have a S shadow from a C logo? remove the Ls and start fresh with C, and incorporate the S in a shadow. I this path may lead to something interesting, smart and clever. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #168 Withdrawn removed vertical line, yes, but no. other comments. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #169 Withdrawn Yup, see the S in the shadow, but I don't like. Shy away from literal C and S. Go unique, distinctive, and abstract. impress the audience. This logo has to be SMART, while your talent is apparent, I need original, something that exudes intelligence. This might appeal to someone who has simpler requirements. I want F'ing awesome! and while this is difficult to convey or describe, I will know it when I see it. Keep suggesting NEW concepts. It's in there somewhere. K 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #165 Withdrawn yup, this is out when compared to your latest bolder design with shadow added. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #156 Withdrawn I see shackles. Not good. But the shadow is very delicate and lovely. There must be other approaches to CS in a logo. My apologies for being difficult, but these efforts are very communicative, but I fail to convey a specific direction. I keep thinking I know when I see it, but putting pencil to paper is disastrous! Thanks for trying, keep it coming. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #157 Withdrawn two color logo, please 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #156 Withdrawn I prefer the blue/gray combination, and I like the shadow effect. nice. I like the font of the company name, as well. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #154 Withdrawn I want to like this, because it's smart, simple, clean. But there's that hint of swastika I cannot dismiss. It's not a reflection of your creativity. It's just something I associate with the damned "S." Sorry. It actually looks better slightly rotated as you have it, but for that German influence! 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #147 Withdrawn Thanks for this effort. It's improving well. Subtle, simple. I may be missing the SMART. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #148 Withdrawn what happens when you mirror the lower left L? 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #151 Withdrawn "C" and "S," nice touch. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #150 Withdrawn meh, if I was going for simple, this would work, but I'm going for smart, clever, and simple. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #147 Withdrawn SMART. Subtle "S" How can you change the logo to hint at a "C?" 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #148 Withdrawn better font, logo too simple 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #72 Withdrawn trim the edge off the horizontal extensions of the top of the blue "C" and the lower gray "C". This might make the overall logo not so much like an S. try it. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #71 Withdrawn Make C's asymmetric. See if that creates a bit of creative flare. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #54 Withdrawn I'm not liking the horizontal line anymore. it's more elegant without. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #52 Withdrawn remove horizontal line. Remove box around CS. This might be better. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #51 Withdrawn font, no. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #41 Withdrawn font, no 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #52 Withdrawn font, yes this is the preferred logo. Keep it. 9 years ago ndaru commented on #52 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago ndaru commented on #51 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #41 Withdrawn this is the preferred font, but try some other options. Sorry, but I'm not familiar with font names... 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #41 Withdrawn try all caps on this only, please. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #31 Withdrawn logo font is not preferable compared to the other. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #30 Withdrawn yeah, no. That doesn't work. My bad. Can you fiddle with the fonts? Good blue/gray pairing. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #29 Withdrawn I do not prefer this stacking. The side by sides you have are more appealing. 9 years ago ndaru commented on #31 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago ndaru commented on #30 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #29 Withdrawn I prefer the logo to the left of the company name 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #28 Withdrawn perhaps rotate the C and backwards C so they are not on the horizon. bias toward the upper left and lower right corners. 9 years ago ndaru commented on #28 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago ndaru commented on #29 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #12 Withdrawn another roadway reference, while not important per se, it does add another dimension to the logo. 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #19 Withdrawn too busy 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #12 Withdrawn best use of CS lettering yet. Nice. Color scheme needs adjusting. The colors don't grab me. Blue/gray? tone on tone taupe or grays? 9 years ago ndaru commented on #19 Withdrawn update, thanks 9 years ago kurtdweiss commented on #10 Withdrawn I see the roadway reference, but I want something more sophisticated. Impress the audience! 9 years ago
