Thank you in advance for my logo appreciation.
In my experience if I want to present the name of Casa Cubana, honestly first sir, I don't know about it without information from your brief summary and google research about Cuba. But I like the authentic Cuban music, flags, tropical look as a representation for the logo. And if I want to try, I want to represent these elements in the form of a frame and separate from the current logo text, different from your composition. But, I still need your direction for food or drink elements that fit into the logo.

To be honest, we are not happy with any of the designs. We like this tohe most. Based on you looking at the name - how would you design the logo? Forget the congas and everything we asked for. Based on your experience, how would you present this logo? We want to be known as authentic Cuban food and a fun lively environment with music and vibe.

Looks awesome! Can you lower the size of the icon but leave it above the name? Maybe make the Congas bigger and drink smaller. Emphasizing more on the congas
