Here's what we are thinking- 1) We love the type face and positioning - this is crisp and we like how Carrier Classic is on one line and Real Estate is on the next line. We like how Carrier Classic is serif and more old school looking and Real Estate is more web friendly looking 2) We would like a less ornate lantern and to have the lantern positioned to the left of the print 3) Seasonally, we want to be able to play with the logo (work with the designer 3 or 4 times a year and buy variations on the same theme) This would enable us to use some seasonal themes different times of the year (snowmen, pumpkins, wreath, basket of flowers hanging from the lantern, etc.) 4)This may be possible - gas lantern look rather than electric look - a flame inside -- I am going to try and change the picture in our profile and pull in what we're thinking -- we do like the look of light in the lantern
