Entry #2 was a favorite with one of the partners. We liked the "centerness" of the design as well as the color scheme.
All designs are great, but #2 and #4 stand out more.

No, I meant, the cross hair should be geographically correct over Zip Code 27577

No 97 is close, just make the text black like in 98, take the gun out of the cross hair and make it just a crosshair, and move the center of the "O" to the east of the state.
