Could we maybe try and replicate the smile from the photo on the right character? He looks a little too serious.

ohk - i love the darker hat and the smoke. but i was wrong about the red accents on the cig and the tie. can we set those back to black? otherwise this looks fantastic.

This looks awesome. Love the style you came up with here and the attention to detail. Love the font, love the characters. Would like to see a few options like:

1. Maybe add smoke to the cigarette.
2. Add some red accents to the characters, maybe the cigarette cherry and the tie?
3. Darken the hat on the character on the left - I'd just like to see it.
