Like that but with and arrowhead pointing west instead of the dot.

Thnx for the entry. How about this logo without the grey dots - keep the blue dot but turn that blue dot into a small arrowhead/triangle that points west. Not sure if it will look good but lets try.

what did you prefer to, with slogan or without slogan?

I would like to see this in the blue/grey colour of #96 also with the same font size.

I would like to see what it looks like with the same font size (no capitals) - Additionally I would like to see the design with the careers in blue and the west in grey. Please note I have updated the brief and have changed the slogan.

Thanks for your entries. Some great ideas for me to consider. I think I like the blue/grey combo for colours the most.
