def. like the compass idea with the CN in it --will be good graphic

-any other ideas in terms of the look of the compass and letters inside it? While I like it, am interested in seeing a variation it

-the colors work well too - would appreciate seeing some other ones as well

But overall it looks quite good!

is there a way you can make it larger -- I think it is good but seems a bit small compared to others?

also if you have any ideas to refine it or make it stronger - go ahead as I think it is quite good and has a lot of potential

thanks --still think I like your #3 best --the colors are bold and have a good impact

perhaps you can try some refinements to it?
-it may be a bit small --hard to read --perhaps if the logo was 1.5 X or so larger?
-I like the letters c and n in the compass but it seems to be a bit squished and there seems to be a glow or it is a shade lighter on the top (again in the circle)
-also not 100% sure about the style of that particular compass --it may work after you refine it a bit or perhaps a different style --but I like that it is on the simple side

submitting the two variations with White and Black text i the circle, actually the white above the circle is the glow effect, its given to highlight the icon, if you want that can be removed too.

both 51 and 52 work but I do want some type of graphic that shows direction /getting to where you want to go....

maybe combining #3 with #52???

#32 can u make the work Career in Black maybe and the letters thicker?

also can my tag line be a bit larger?
