#36 The gray may be too light. Maybe one of these would work..
intervention in a different color, darker shade or gray,
perhaps a box around it, like you did in "solid transcaction."
I wouldn't mind seeing the whole design inversed on a dark background either.

I am not asking you to do all of the above, this is just about intervention standing out some more.

I also wouldn't mind seeing a version with Career in larger font and top and intervention below it, with this or another graphic separating them.

#78 You are talented. Every single design in your portfolio has a different font, type face and treatment. That is what I am looking for here. Do something bold, take a risk. Just about every design submitted to me has the same or a very similar font. I want something where the type face, color, size, etc are what brands it unique. I feel like I need to SCREAM this because the designers are just copying the same font.

#106 Your most recent entries are good. #100 and #106 probably my two favorites.

I still think i probably like your earlier entries more. Cleaner, cooler, easier to read. I love what you did for SkinEngineer. If I told you Career Engineer, I don't mean this literally. That is essentially what I function as. Would that give you more direction?

Overall I like the earlier submissions best. #36 #70, i also like #110. Maybe there is something to combine or play with here.

#120 these don't really do it for me. Your other submissions are much better and closer to what i like.

Thanks a lot. I made two different directions for you and one with options #36 #70 , #110 . But I'm afraid it might not be possible to combine to directions as I believe they are different in their font and color style.

But, if you may specify what sort of change you wish to have I will be pleased to help you...

Best Regards.

#125 WOW! Now that's something to work with. What is the guy doing, saluting, or scratching his head?
Maybe he could be doing something more promising, excelling, succeeding, winning, jumping, you get the idea.

#127 Definitely better. Guy still needs tweaking.. I am not sure if there are other options, maybe just standing confidently, standing out from a group, a little less emotive i think.
You're very good. I wasn't even sure that reference I gave you could work.
Could you also try 127 with the tag line. It may bring it all together.

#127 i would still love to see this with someone who is standing more confidently.Potentially they could even be leaning a little on the first "I" in intervention. The animation at the beginning of the older James Bond films or this link to Men in Black may give you some inspiration. http://www.wallpaperbase.com/wallpapers/movie/meninblack/men_in_black_2.jpg
No guns in hand of course.

#154 Still hard to tell what he is doing, an image with a brief case, maybe hands in more authoratative position on hips.

#154 Could I also see this with no person in it at all.

#192 #193. I like this in color very sharp. Still not sold on the guy. Not generating the feeling i am going for. power, success, confidence, executive, entrepreneur, something along those lines.
I will see if I can find a reference.

#193 Since there is really no time to play with the figure. Can you try this with out the guy instead use an orange "I" treated in the same way, reflecting like it is now. . Don't change anything else.

#213 WOW. Looks great! Maybe my first choice. It's hard to rank them at this point. Like both this and #211 too. I just think the color makes it a little less serious.
#212 I put this in NI because I think it is a duplicate of #213

#211 #212 You are incredibly talented. Throughout this contest, at least one of your designs has been in serious consideration for #1. Even if when your designs have not been in #1, they have been in consideration, i have just had a hard time choosing. You have had so many unique and creative ideas. I truly appreciate all of the time and effort you put into this, and your being open to direction. It's kind of funny that while you came out of nowhere with #212 and it captures so much of what i am looking for. Sharp, clear, bold, and the colors make it lighter, and not so serious.

#212 I like this design because it is corporate meets creativity. The colors make it a bit playful, while it maintains a confident, we mean business look.

#212 it's probably late and you are asleep. If not, can you just make the tag a bit darker.
