Here is my take - I've been semi adventurous with the fonts - let me know whether you prefer to push it even further, or actually if you'd rein it in a bit.

#99 I like the blue intervention font, and the flying look is great.
Not crazy about the font used for "career". A little too old school, i think. While I think connecting them at the "e" is a brilliant idea, it may look a little awkward. You can try with a different font, or maybe see if there is something to do with both words flying.

Perhaps it works better like this - a bit more solid, and reduced angle ... I'll give it some thought and come back to you with something new tomorrow.

I am thinking career flying on top of intervention perhaps variations career leading it a little, at the same speed, etc.

Another idea is for them to be flying as if they were going to cross paths and make a V. but the V would obviously not be upright. The r and the n would almost be connecting.
