I like the richness of this and the silver lettering. Don't really like the blue e's facing each other. You could try them with a darker blue maybe?
I also wouldn't mind seeing it all in the same color with the the second e facing normally.
Also, I never thought of this until looking at your design. The word care is in career. Maybe that could be segments with a different color or lighting, could be interesting. Nice job.

#135 This is definitely one of my finalists. Could you seek if you could make "intervention" stand out a bit more without detracting from it's quality, sharpness, sleekness.

#135 I want you to know that I love this. Elegant, clean, sharp, confident. I am not sure if it will work for what I am selling, but it really is the closest to what i am looking for.
