Another idea to make Inn and Conference Center bigger.

I think within your preference this is the most elegant solution.
Of course the problem here is that Cardinal has 8 letters and Inn and Conference Center has 25 letters and spaces.

I am sorry, you asked to make Cardinal less bold, and the rest more bold - not larger.
If I incorporate the C-bird in the name, there would be less space for Inn and Conference Center than there is now, because of the tail of the bird.
But now I know what you mean and will try to find a solution.
