Yes, but can you make "Consulting Firm, LLC" the same color as "Cardinal"? Also, can you try a different font for the slogan, please? Maybe if the feather went behind the "R" it might look better.

This one is coming together! I think we would like to go more towards a professional serif-type font. Maybe try that?

We really like the feather design here but it takes over the word "Cardinal" too much. Any way you can adjust this design where it isn't overbearing? Really cool feather!
