I have created a modern, professional logo design which positions your business as trustworthy, experienced and approachable. A few color variations to follow.

With this design I wanted to communicate a style and simplicity which will give a sense that "we can guide you through the real estate system without making it overly confusing".

I've spaced the letters in the name an amount which gives some 'breathing space' - especially to the "I" - I didn't want the name Inman too cramped so that it becomes hard to read on a business card or realty sign.

Using the initials 'ci' to create a smart, simple and professional graphic which is highly recognizable and distinctive for signage and print.

#348 Again, feminine / simple / expensive / modern / refined. The roofline is a brush-stroke giving it a unique flavor and the star gives a hint at success in realty and also it forms a dot over the 'i'.

Also, I'm happy to make adjustments to any of these designs should that be required.

Overall I've aimed to reflect the requested: Feminine / simple / expensive / modern / refined. I feel the upper and lower case gives a sense of being approachable and it's easy to read. The font choice is clean and professional but the rounded shapes also give a slightly feminine feel to it (but not too much).

The star could be used in an interesting way in marketing or sales material to echo the logo. imagine a Sold! sign where the dot under the exclamation mark is a star, for example.
