I thought you might like to know the idea behind my concept: I know you wanted to emphasize the ability to drive the projects successfully to delivery. In my concept the lighthouse represents this specific aim, destination, not the actual way of going there. I think this is a very powerful message. It also emphasizes trust.
Also - I didn't want the logo to look more like a boat selling company.

I hope that might help you to better understand my idea.
