Thanks a lot for your entry. For me this is the right direction.

Do you have any ideas on how to improve? If you can think of any other graphic detail please let me know.

Do you see a way to incorprate 'private residence'?

Although I asked you myself about the graphic detail, looking at it I think that less is better. So #14 is (for me) better than #25. Perhaps it is an idea to just use the text 'Cap Blanc' as you used it in #14 and than drop the sun. And maybe play around with the word Ibiza a bit. Move it to the right or left, maybe a bit smaller. Hell I don't know... Too bad I am not a designer.

Some new versions: #40 I had already done before your last comment but I thought I might as well submit it anyway. #41 & #42 are going more minimal and have a darker grey/blue - maybe too dark?
